Prices and Funding

Prices and Funding.

  • Willington preschool operates on 3 hour or 6 hours session.

  • We offer 15 hour and 30 hour funded childcare places – Please visit Childcare Choices | 30 Hours Free Childcare, Tax-Free Childcare and More | Help with Costs | GOV.UK to see what you are entitled too.

  • A 3 hour Session is £17.00 and a full day (2 sessions) is £34.00 as of 1st April 2022.

  • Invoices are generated and distributed monthly in advance.

  • A £20 fee will required to be paid by cash upon returning of forms to reserve a place at Pre-school. This will be deducted from the first months invoice upon starting. This is non-refundable if you choose not to start with us.

  • New starters are required to settle first months invoice in advance of starting at Willington preschool.

  • Parents and carers are encouraged to pay invoices via bank transfer or childcare vouchers, however fees may be paid with cash if necessary and a receipt is given.

  • After the commencement of the invoiced month, if the invoice is not settled a reminder is issued and recorded in the invoice folder. If after a further 7 days the invoice is not settled and/or an agreement has not been made between payee and the Manager then a £10 late fee is added to the next invoice and all invoiced sessions are suspended until payment is resolved. This will not effect the government funded hours should they be in receipt of them.

  • A late collection fee of £5 is issued for every 15 minutes the child is still in our care and this is record in a late collection book in the office.

  • If your child does not attend due to illness/days off (for holidays e.t.c) you will still be charged for the sessions used as they have been booked/reserved and are unable to be filled. This does not effect the government funded hours, however we may not be able to swap and accommodate the hours on other days due to children and staff ratios.

  • A months notice period is required if you would like to withdraw your child. If insufficient notice is given you will be responsible for the full fees for your child one month from the date of notice.
